Procreate is a raster graphics editor app for digital painting.
In terms of support, krita has a clear advantage over Procreate since, unlike Procreate, krita supports all major platforms, including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
In Terms of Ui, I don’t think there is a clear winner, but understanding something will help you to decide which ui is better for you.

Krita is the clear winner by a wide margin in terms of price, because it is free, whereas Procreate costs $9.99 and only works on Apple devices.
